At FacolosPickleball.com, we are committed to delivering products quickly, safely, and conveniently to customers nationwide. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the entire delivery process.
1. Shipping Coverage
We provide delivery services to most locations across Vietnam through trusted logistics partners such as VNPT, Viettel, and other reputable couriers.
Before shipment, customers are required to complete full payment for their order.
If the order is sent via a passenger transport service, the driver or transport representative must pay for the goods in full before receiving them.
Customers are advised to request that the driver or representative carefully inspect the goods before acceptance.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
2.1 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination address and are calculated based on the current rate schedule of our partnered delivery services.
2.2 Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the customer’s location and typically range from 2 to 3 business days.
In the event of any unexpected delay in delivery or warranty-related services, our Customer Service Department (CSKH) will contact and inform the customer at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Carrier Responsibility for Goods in Transit
Our shipping partners are responsible for the safety and integrity of goods during transport, including any loss or damage that may occur.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their goods upon delivery.
If any issues such as damage, scratches, cracks, dents, or incorrect products are detected, the customer must:

Note the condition on the delivery confirmation form with the courier, and

Immediately notify FacolosPickleball.com for resolution.
Once the customer signs for the delivery without any remarks or complaints, it will be considered as confirmation of receipt in good condition, and subsequent claims for damage or incorrect items will not be accepted.
If the customer chooses their own delivery service or asks a relative/friend to receive or transport the goods, the customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage during transit, as well as any related costs.
4. Documentation and Legal Compliance
To ensure lawful and transparent transactions, FacolosPickleball.com includes the following in every shipment:

During transportation, delivery staff may present these documents to verify product origin if requested by competent authorities.
